Suplement Tambahan dan Pemakanan Ketika Hamil

Assalamualaikum...

Alhamdulillah dah masuk bulan ke-6 ni si ibu dan anak dalam belly sihat. Alhamdulillah biarkan semua dipermudahkan sehingga selamat melahirkan. Si ibu semakin sihat membulat dan si anak pun lebih kurang nampaknya. Huhu..

So far, I never berpantang waktu preggy ni. Susah sangat nak sekat pemakanan yang macam hantu ni. Memanjang lapar. Sebab tu badan naik sama sekali. Sadis habis ni. But still berpantang in term of minum caffein and carbonated drinks. And the rest I think maybe sebab I still eat as usual, just because I'm so picky then I didn't take any harmful food for me. Cuba sekarang ni dah perbanyakkan makan buah-buahan lagi-lagi jambu, anggur and apple hijau.

Untuk suplement, just amik additional suplement yang doc bagi during every monthly checkup. Macam contoh Iberet Folic, Belvea and Calcium. Previous hospital UMRA dorang bagi ubat obimin, but I have no idea kenapa time aku checkup dorang bagi ubat asing macam tu. Orang kata obimin tu macam all in one. But when they gave me seperate suplement like that, sometimes i have missed to eat that. Pejam mata aja la kan. Huhu...nak senangkan kerja, I bought this type of case which senang nak bawak ke mana-mana. Maklumlah, packaging suplement besor dari bag.

Dah asing ubat siap-siap so makan ikut schedule.

Okay, so far pemahaman aku Iberet Folic ni kira consist macam asid folic yang kita consume during our early pregnant tu. But it also consist bagi tambah darah dalam body kita. Disebabkan hb in my body is low, so they changed me to this suplement. And Bealeva tu pulak, adalah suplement minyak ikan. Nak tahu minyak ikan tu macam mana, boleh la korang google sendiri. Nanti buat research dalam entry ni boring pulak nak baca. Hehe. Tapi, dorang kata Belvea ni suplement baru dorang, bagus and cheap untuk patient. Kiranya aku ni macam bahan ujikaji ka? Takda la. Huhu..and next is suplement Calcium. This one for sure la untuk menguatkan tulang body si ibu dan si anak dalam perut. Jangan ingat tulang body kita ni dah kuat so tak perlu nak consume this suplement. Sebab baby dalam perut ni pun memerlukan taw.

And, suplement tambahan yang aku amik dan usahakan sendiri, I consume Salindah B2. Google this product and most of the mommy said this was good to them and their kids. At the moment just  try this and maybe will continue until deliver baby nanti. Nak ikutkan banyak juga kena amik, but I just take one pil sebab already makan ubat-ubat yang lain which keberkesanannya hampir sama. See, now I have take 4 suplements everyday. Nak kata tertinggal lupa makan tu normal la. Buka setiap saat kita boleh ingat kan. Huhu.

And since my 5 months pregnancy, I already started untuk makan kismis dan kurma every morning. Kita makan benda-benda yang elok dan sunah ye. Tu pun kekadang tertinggal juga. Huhu.

As in my previous entry I had mention that I want to try Radiance Signature product. Well, still in consideration. But, definitely will buy it later.

Update 5/12/14
I have stopped consume Salindah B2 since I got high pulse rate. Tak berani nak amik supplement tambahan besides supplement yang doc dah bagi. Somemore, my mom bising tak bagi amik benda bukan-bukan. Gara-gara my sis cakap this product ada review yang buruk depan my mom. So my mom strictly asked me to stop taking this. Nasihat orang tua kenalah kita dengar.

p/s: ada sesiapa pernah ada experience denyutan nadi tinggi ketika hamil?
