1st pregnancy?

Assalamualaikum...

What will you expect when you get to know that you are pregnant? Happy? Mestilah kan...
Alhamdulillah...now I'm happily woman yang dah 20weeks pregnant or almost 5 months pregnant. Nak cerita lebih pun tak bagus cause I have another half way to go.

It's kinda late that I know I'm pregnant. First official scan dah detect 2 months. Padahal orang dah 4-5weeks dah tahukan. So slowww aku ni. At first went to clinic, sebab rasa tak sedap perut sangat dah nak 3 minggu macam sakit senggugut. Then doc advise me to take UPT cause dia tak nak bagi ubat sebarangan. Waktu buat UPT tu lah hasilnya positif. Senyum melebar kami laki bini. Tak expect apa-apa even period dah sebulan lebih tak datang sebab waktu tu bulan puasa. Maklumlah hormon jarang nak normal. hehehe. Because no facilities to scan or doc cakap scan waktu tu pun mungkin tak nampak apa-apa, doc recommend me to go scan 2 weeks after or lepas raya. Nak ikutkan waktu tahu positif ni dah 6 weeks la.

After raya, I was so excited to go hospital for scanning. We went to Hospital UMRA at Shah Alam, which it's recommended by my sis and sis-in-law since they had delivered their kids at the hospital and the services also good. Even private hospital pun I think tak salah untuk spend some money there cause it's involves live. Hospital ni memang ramai patient and orang buat appointment hujung minggu. Kebetulan pula waktu first time nak register tu sekali abang and kak ipar pun dekat sebelah sebab nak checkup anak dia yang baru lahir. Maka terkejutlah kami dengan buat-buat tak tahunya. hehehe. Waktu ni lah scan and checkup dah dapat detect 2 months, dapat dengar degupan jantung lagi tu. We're so happy...tak kisah la boy or girl yang diharapkan semoga diri ini sihat sentiasa and baby sihat and sempurna hendaknya.

Almost 5 months but perut masih kecil je tak macam orang lain. Body is getting bigger and hope can see kick movement and belly balloon soon :)

Masih memerlukan tips pemakanan dari ibu-ibu terhebat sebab aku ni tersangat memilih makanan. Now I had reduce take caffeine, carbonated drinks (pernah terlepas sekali 2 dan kena bising dgn hubby) and so on. Please share some tips with me....
